Talk about a speedy dinner! Using pre-marinated lamb kebabs, microwave rice and a salad kit, you’ll whip up a delicious meal in no time.


Number of servings – 4

450 grams Woolworths BBQ lamb kebabs with mint & honey
250 grams Woolworths microwave long-grain white rice
350 grams Woolworths cranberry & kale slaw kit
1 half bunch mint, leaves picked
1 half cup Woolworths Greek-style yoghurt

Step 1 of 4

Heat a greased barbecue grill on medium-high heat. Cook kebabs for 15 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions.

Empty salad into a large bowl. Add cranberries and dressing. Toss to combine. Roughly chop half of the mint. Place yoghurt in a small bowl and add chopped mint. Season with pepper and stir to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide rice and salad among plates. Top with kebabs and sprinkle with remaining mint leaves. Serve with minted yoghurt.
