Autumn Warmers | Speedy Thyme & Garlic Chicken


Juicy chicken tenderloins in a silky garlic, butter and thyme sauce atop creamy mashed potato with steamed greens. Try this easy dinner recipe tonight.


Step 1 of 4

Heat oil and half of the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 8 minutes, turning, or until golden and cooked through.

Step 2 of 4

Reduce heat to medium, then add remaining butter to pan and cook for 1 minute or until melted and heated through.

Step 3 of 4

Add garlic and thyme, then cook for 1 minute, tossing to coat chicken.

Step 4 of 4

Serve chicken on mash with beans and drizzled with thyme and garlic butter.

2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
50 grams salted butter
600 grams Woolworths RSPCA-approved chicken tenderloins
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 quarters punnet thyme
475 grams classic potato mash, warmed (to serve)
